can love and serve God as we "do" for Him out of a deep "being'
with Him. We often speak of "being a Martha or a Mary." Jesus told
us that Mary choose the better thing to do. To sit at our Saviour's
feet allows us to serve Him from an overflow and be obedient to
what He wants us to do.
